Participate in completing accounting processes for items such as month end close, reporting, and analysis.
- Contribute to refining and improving accounting processes and documentation across many different functional areas.
- Assist the team in reviewing and validating internal reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Contribute to the completion and execution of special projects.

**Qualifications**
- Enrolled in a Diploma or Degree program in a business-related field.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required.
- A major/concentration in a finance or accounting field will be considered an asset.
- Previous experience and/or working knowledge of PeopleSoft Financial and Supply Chain Management (FSCM), SAP Business Objects, and Power BI will be considered an asset.
- Strong communication skills with the ability and confidence to speak and/or present to individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Must have critical thinking and analytical abilities with a desire to further develop those skills.

**Pre-employment Requirements**
- Must be currently enrolled in school on a full-time basis with the intent to return to school full-time in the Fall of 2025.
- A security clearance will be conducted.
- If invited to an interview, you will be asked to provide an unofficial transcript or an enrollment verification letter (indicating the program and year you are currently completing).

Compensation: $28.88 per hour (2025 rates)
Days of Work: This position works a 5 day
- work week with 1 day off in a 3 week cycle.
- Hours of work: Standard 35 hour work week
