DLE Landscape Contractors Inc. is looking for hardworking and reliable Snow Equipment Operator to support with snow removal this winter season.

**Position Summary**:
Our Snow Equipment Operators will be responsible for maintaining private and commercial client properties to ensure a safe and presentable environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that all roadways and contract requirement areas are clear of snow and ice during the winter months. This position requires employees to work in challenging weather conditions and be able to lift and manage heavy equipment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Efficient operation and facilitation of snow removal using various types of plowing equipment
- Ability to read and interpret site maps
- Assist with maintenance of winter equipment
- Proactive approach to weather conditions and coordination with crew
- Track and maintain company property, materials and reporting requirements
- Perform other duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- Experience plowing with tractors, loaders, and other heavy equipment
- Ability to work in extreme weather for extended periods of time
- Valid G License with clean driving abstract
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and perform all other required physical duties

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Snow Plowing: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (required)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2024-11-01
