**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Accounts payable entry and payment processing
- Invoicing and accounts receivable management
- Payroll processing and CRA remittances
- Banking transactions and bank reconciliations
- Government remittances and financial reporting
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and related software
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Mandarin language skills are preferred but not required
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
