WestCorp Solutions is seeking a Reliability/Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to support the maintenance strategy development for rotating and process equipment as part of a major operational readiness and maintenance strategy development initiative at one of our client’s sites in Northern Saskatchewan.
**Location**: Hybrid - (Combination of remote work, and in-person at the client site in Northern Saskatchewan)
**Contract Length**: TBD
**Anticipated Start**: February 2026
**Schedule**: TBD
**Travel**: Chartered flights from Saskatoon to client site and camp accommodations are provided when required to work on site.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Identify dominant mechanical failure modes for pumps, rotating, and solids-handling equipment
- Develop preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks
- Support condition monitoring strategy development (vibration, lubrication, thermography)
- Develop mechanical Bills of Materials and spare parts recommendations
- Contribute to operator care and inspection programs
- Prepare detailed maintenance instructions and task descriptions
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 8-15 years of progressive experience in mechanical maintenance, reliability, or maintenance strategy development within industrial process facilities
- Strong hands-on experience with pumps, rotating equipment, and bulk solids-handling equipment
- Practical understanding of mechanical integrity, safe isolation practices, and maintenance execution realities in operating plants
- Demonstrated experience developing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks suitable for CMMS execution (clear task steps, intervals, and materials)
- Experience supporting condition monitoring programs and strategies (vibration, lubrication, thermography); exposure to condition monitoring software is considered an asset
- Experience developing mechanical Bills of Materials, spare parts recommendations, and maintenance planning inputs
- Experience working in a regulated environment is considered an asset
- Working knowledge of SAP PM (task lists, Bills of Materials, maintenance plans) and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Must be able to provide and use their own laptop and mobile device for this contract

Pay: $84,088.35-$147,172.74 per year
