**Mercedes-Benz Richmond **is currently looking to fill a position of a **Part**-Time** Sales Greeter.**

The Greeter is responsible for promptly and professionally greeting customers ensuring customer satisfaction in all aspects of their work as required by Management

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES**:

- Serve as the first impression of the dealership and front lines the main desk at point of entry for the purpose of greeting and directing all visitors, including vendors, clients, and customers.
- Log all showroom traffic
- Prepare facility for daily start of business.
- Relay messages and announcing visitors to internal staff.
- Taking messages when required (name, number, time of call, etc.).
- File documents (i.e.: NVIS forms and New Car Files) and input sales related data as required by your manager.
- Process and post daily cash sheet and make any corrections as required.
- Enter Factory Invoices into DMS and Desking Tool, ensuring they balance with the MSRP entered, and adjust, as necessary.
- As vehicles arrive, assign a stock number, create a file, inventory keys, note sale type and customer on file (fleet/stock).
- Accept payment on customer Parts and Service Invoices, processing cash and credit card transactions.
- Daily cash out of till and electronic machine and balance.
- Sort and stuff letters and misc. mailings as required.
- Assist departmental personnel as required.
- Input and mail misc. dealer and manufacturer items as required.
- Maintain workstation in a clean and orderly manner.
- Complete assigned tasks on time.
- Other related duties as assigned by management
