**Job Summary**:
Working within the Global Supply Planning (GSP) team, you will be responsible for providing support for scenario planning, data maintenance and audits, in addition to creating and maintaining documentation, and generating routine GSP reports.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with our Master Planners to understand and analyze processes.
- Assist the Supply Chain group in evaluating supply and demand data using spreadsheets and databases while performing quantitative/qualitative analysis.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports as well as ad hoc Supply Planning reports.
- Generate new documentation and maintain existing documents for GSP processes and training plans.
- Provide support to the monthly cycle of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) supply review.
- Gather, organize and analyze information pertinent to operations and supply chain including demand changes, launch reporting, and Bill of Materials (BOM) updates to present your summary information and recommendations.
- Oversee onboarding of all coop students.
- Ensure accuracy of our master data while auditing and refreshing the data according to the IBP-A Global Baseline process, including addition of newly launch information.
- Support process improvement initiatives within GSP and ensure their successful implementation by tracking tasks and their completion.

**Job Requirements**:

- Previous supply chain background using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. SAP experience considered an asset.
- Post-secondary education in related discipline.
- APICS certified or actively working towards considered an asset.
- Understanding of operational supply chain processes including the flow of materials and information.
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills with the ability to perform situational root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective action.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks, short lead-times and adjust priorities in a professional manner.
- Good written and oral communication skills with the ability to work independently or within an integrated team environment.
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of SAP, MS Access and VBA considered an asset.
