- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting, purchasing, and understanding various vaping products.
- Educate customers on different vape devices, e-liquids, and accessories, explaining their features, benefits, and usage.
- Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, including product displays, shelves, and counters.
- Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and manage inventory levels.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and regulations related to vaping products.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide solutions or guidance effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in retail or customer service roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge or interest in vaping products and their usage.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
