Snow Plow Operator/landscaping Supervisor

**Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated Snow Plow Operator and Landscaping Supervisor to join our team. This dual-role position is vital for maintaining our clients' outdoor environments during all seasons, ensuring safety and aesthetic appeal. Based in your local area, you will contribute to our mission of creating beautiful, functional landscapes.
**Responsibilities**
- Operate snow plowing equipment efficiently to clear driveways, roads, and parking lots during winter months.
- Oversee landscaping projects from start to finish, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Maintain and troubleshoot landscaping machinery and tools.
- Supervise team members to ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Assist with landscape construction and design tasks as needed.
- Perform regular maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience (2 years minimum) operating snow plowing equipment.
- Strong knowledge of and experience (2 years minimum) in landscaping, lawn care, and landscape maintenance.
- Experience supervising a team effectively.
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Prior experience in construction or horticulture is a plus.

Snow Plowing Hours vary and are an on-call basis. March-December work Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm.

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
