- Handle booking inquiries, changes, and cancellations in a timely and professional manner
- Stay informed about travel industry trends, promotions, and discounts to provide the best options to clients
- Collaborate with travel suppliers such as airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and tour operators to negotiate rates and secure reservations
- Process payments and ensure accurate documentation of all transactions

- Previous experience in the hospitality or travel industry is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using computer reservation systems and online booking platforms
- Knowledge of various travel destinations, attractions, and travel requirements (e.g., visas, passports)
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell and cross-sell travel products and services
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple client bookings simultaneously
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
