**Company Overview**:
Jonsson's Your Independent in Kemptville is a community-focused grocery store dedicated to providing quality products and exceptional service. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations at the front end of the store, ensuring efficient service and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and train front end staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and professional development.
- Handle cash management, including cash register reconciliation and end-of-day financial reporting.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with management to implement promotional events and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Oversee PC Express (Online Grocery) in full capacity (scheduling, picking orders, customer complaints, employee time off, mapping of store for picking orders etc.)

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
- We ask for at least 1 year in a Front End Services role.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in cash handling and basic financial reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of grocery retail operations and customer service best practices.
