We are dedicated to maintaining high standards of property management while ensuring exceptional customer service. **Summary** **Responsibilities** - Perform general maintenance tasks across various units in the same general area, including minor plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs. - Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and management. - Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify potential issues before they become problems. - Provide excellent customer service while interacting with residents and addressing their concerns, computer knowledge a requirement. **Requirements**: - Proven experience in maintenance repairs, preferably in property management, a "MUST". - some mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform various repairs. - . Must be able to do drywall repairs, painting, changing filters, lights, batteries, wood deck repairs, must have your own tools - must have a vehicle and and be reliable - Ability to understand drawings, investigate and be a problem solver and provide solutions. - Would report to the Property Manager and be available to meet and accompany trades as required If you have the above skills and presently live in the Muskoka area, are ready to make a commitment, please reply asap Pay: $20.68-$35.93 per hour Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week **Benefits**: - On-site parking Schedule: - Monday to Friday - Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
