The WestPark Lodge is Red Deer’s cutest Supportive Living residence for seniors. We need your skills, experience and caring as a certified Health Care Aide (HCA)
We believe that creating a joyful environment for Residents also means creating a joyful environment for our staff. As an HCA, you are responsible for the provision of care that supports our Residents in being happy and engaged in life. HCAs assist with personal care, food service, medication assistance, housekeeping and laundry, and try to make each day special. They encourage Residents to manage their own care as much as possible, and they support the Residents in retaining independence and control over their lives.
HCAs work under the guidance and support of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Site management.

**Salary**: $19.64-$23.59 per hour
