Door-to-door Sales Representative

**LAS Bespoke**is one of Vancouver’s fastest-growing ceramic coating and PPF companies, trusted by major brands like Tesla, BMW, and Verka Foods. Our shop is fully booked weekly through Facebook ads, and now we’re building a local door-to-door sales team to help us expand further. We’re looking for motivated, persuasive reps who can introduce our premium protection services directly in the community and close deals face-to-face.
**What You’ll Be Doing**:
- Going door-to-door in Surrey and surrounding areas to introduce ceramic coatings, paint protection film, and tinting
- Using proven sales scripts and marketing assets (we provide the tools)
- Educating car owners on the benefits of protecting their vehicles
- Closing deals on the spot or booking appointments with our in-house team
- Earning commissions on every sale you bring in
**Compensation**:
- 100% commission-based (10% of the total sale value)
- Average reps take $600-$1200/week depending on sales volume
- No cap on earnings, the more you sell, the more you make
**Who This Is For**:
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable talking to people
- Experience in door-to-door, solar, telecom, or automotive sales is a plus (not required)
- Driven, reliable, and motivated by results
- Looking for flexible work with strong earning potential
