What We Need

We are looking for a Lead, Applications - SAP ABAP & BTP to join Element Fleet Management. As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we provide unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients.

Are You:

- Versatile developer who skilled in both who is in both SAP customization with ABAP and automated testing with BPT.

During the implementation phase, the Lead, SAP ABAP and BTP role will partner with the technical and business teams at Element and the System Integrator to oversee various integrations using the native tools and capabilities provided by SAP BTP/CPI as well as develop solutions using ABAP programming. This role is also responsible to document the various integration patterns used and upskill the Element IT team on SAP BTP and ABAP as well cloud base architecture.

A Day in the Life
- Architect, design, develop, and support enterprise-wide Integrations with S4/HANA.
- Review functional specification documents, prepare technical specification documents (TSD) and implement SAP BTP/CPI/ABAP solutions.
- Reviews TSDs, code and test results for PEERs
- Work in building a mumulti-stackower environment of SAP S/4 HANA and BTP to support parallel development, UAT.
- Be the point of contact for major upgrades to do SPAU, SPAU_ENH adjustments and other ABAP/BTP upgrade activities.
- Perform problem diagnosis, initiate problem resolution, and provide ongoing life-cycle support for the various deployment in the SAP ABAP and BTP/CPI layer of the overall S/4 HANA ERP solution.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree required with a strong academic record in Software engineering or related Engineering disciplines.
- 4+ years of progressive work experience with ABAP programming and an aptitude to learn SAP BTP/CPI for various integration needs.
- Experience in CDS Views, OData, UI5 and Fiori.
- Experience with SAP S/4 Hana Cloud Integration architecture and API management
- Proven experience in large enterprise systems design - Object-oriented analysis and design
- Hands-on architecture and functional/technical specification documentation experience.
