You'll work closely with our **Brokerage Staff Manager**, and directly support our **Agent Success Team Leader**.This is a fantastic opportunity to be an integral part of a dynamic and supportive team in the exciting world of real estate**What You'll Be Doing**: - **Office Operations Pro**: You'll help keep our Sherwood Park office running smoothly, handling everything from managing mail and deliveries to ensuring our space is welcoming and tidy. - **Agent Productivity Booster**: You'll be the go-to person for our agents, assisting them with crucial paperwork, maintaining their digital files, and coordinating marketing materials for their listings. - **Social Media Savvy**: Help our agents shine online You'll assist with content creation, curation, and engagement on various social media platforms, elevating their brand presence. - **Program & Database Guru**: You'll support our "Agent Assist" programs, helping agents manage their client databases and utilize essential tools to streamline their business. - **Team Player**: You'll work collaboratively with Lesley and Diana, adapting quickly to new tasks and always looking for ways to improve our processes. **We're Looking for Someone Who Is**: - **Super Organized**: You have exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail. - **A Clear Communicator**: You're great at talking and writing, making sure everyone understands. - **Tech-Curious & Quick Learner**: You're comfortable with MS Office and excited to learn new real estate software like Paragon, BrokerWolf, and Google platforms.
