**Five Star Building Services is**hiring part-time Concierge.

These positions will be based in Coquitlam, BC.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Greeting and Customer Service**: Welcome residents and guests; assist with inquiries, reservations, and appointments while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- **Security and Access Control**: Conduct visual inspections of key areas, monitor building access, register visitors, and enforce security protocols. Perform security patrols and oversee compliance with bylaws.
- **Package Management**: Receive, log, and distribute packages; notify residents of arrivals and coordinate pickups.
- **Building Maintenance and Inspections**: Conduct routine inspections of common areas and amenities, report maintenance issues, and coordinate amenity bookings.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of visitor logs and package deliveries; prepare daily shift reports and activity logs.
- **Move-Ins and Outs**: Coordinate logistics for new residents, including paperwork, elevator usage, and inspections.
- **Emergency Response**: Act as the first point of contact for emergencies, following protocols for evacuations and incidents.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay informed about building policies and contribute to a positive work environment.

**Knowledge & Skills**:

- At least 1 year experience as a Concierge.
- Proficient customer and personal service - actively looking for ways to help people.
- Must have strong communication skills.
- Must have good coordinating and listening skills.
- Must be able to stay calm under pressure.

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
