**About The Role**

**What You'll Do**
- Perform various barber services including, man weave, hair cutting, hair styling, braiding
- Clean and maintain equipment to keep them in good condition
- Stay up to date on industry trends and techniques to improve hairstyling skills
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent service
- Train and mentor assistant hairstylist as needed; facilitate braiding workshops

**Qualifications**
- **2 years industry experience required**:

- **Experience working with diverse hair types required**:

- **Experience working with man weave, hairccutting, hair styling, braiding**:

- Training experience an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Superior client service and high level of professionalism
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
