The Driver Licensing Program Advisor provides advice and guidance on existing driver licensing programs and leads the development and delivery of new concepts and initiatives. Working within the Change, Innovation and Improvement team, the Advisor will design and develop programs and models in consultation with internal and external stakeholders. They will also prioritize and implement driver licensing plans, tactics, policies and initiatives.
Responsibilities will also include:
- Providing consultative, advisory and analytical support, identifying and assessing options and solutions to business problems and opportunities, and providing strategic advice and recommendations related to driver licensing programs and products.
- Determining the feasibility and scope of new concepts and initiatives and leading the development and delivery of project proposals.
- Acting as business lead on projects, conducting and coordinating business analysis, impact assessments and delivery of other project deliverables.
- Ensuring adequate program delivery agreements such as cost recovery, information sharing and service level, are in place with governments, vendors and/or stakeholders.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of existing driver licensing programs, making modifications as appropriate and ensuring the consistent delivery of programs.
- Acting as the business lead for audits and reviews of driver licensing programs.
- Leading risk assessments by identifying exposures, implementing controls, monitoring compliance and taking corrective action.
- In conjunction with other internal partners, participating in the negotiation of agreements with stakeholders and vendors.
A key function of this role is analyzing complex problems and communicating clear and concise recommendations to internal and external stakeholders. Strong communication and business analysis skills are necessary along with an understanding of project management, customer service, risk assessment, benchmarking and operational change management principles.

**Work arrangements defined**:
- **Hybrid 8 **- you will work a minimum of 8 days per month at your primary in-office headquarters (typically 2 days per week). The remaining days will be remote within British Columbia.
Pay: $88,920.00-$111,150.00 per year
