**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our team. This role involves both food production and inventory management, ensuring that our handcrafted chocolates meet our high standards of quality and consistency. If you enjoy working with premium ingredients, managing supplier relationships, and maintaining an organized kitchen, this is the role for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handcraft Mindful Monk chocolates following precise recipes and production methods
- Oversee ingredient inventory and ensure proper stock levels are maintained
- Place ingredient orders and coordinate deliveries with suppliers
- Monitor and maintain supplier relationships for cost efficiency and timely fulfillment
- Ensure quality control by inspecting product consistency, packaging, and labeling
- Maintain production records for batch tracking and compliance
- Operate and clean small-scale food production equipment
- Follow food safety & cleanliness standards at all times to ensure compliance
- Assist with packaging and organizing finished product for distribution

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in food production, kitchen prep, or manufacturing (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely
- Organized and efficient with excellent record-keeping skills
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Passion for clean, high-quality ingredients and handcrafted products
- Food Safe Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment as needed

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
