We are growing and hiring a People & Culture Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Specialist to give support and advice to managers and team leaders, support the organization and work with the technical recruiter on talent acquisition. Responsibilities include:

- Coach and support managers in employee relations issues and performance management.
- Develop and implement HR projects, process improvements related to branding and sourcing initiatives.
- Screen and interview for hourly and office support roles.
- Coordinate and attend interviews with hiring managers.
- Prepare offer documentation.
- Monitor and stay current with industry trends, best practices, and legislative developments in all aspects of human resources management.
- Other duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- 4 plus years experience coaching and supporting managers.
- Experience recruiting in a high-tech environment.
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources with a CPHR designation is an asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment would be an asset.
