**YOUR ROLE**
**The manager's main tasks are**:
- Coach and motivate your team
- Take care of all restaurant operations, profitability and management
- Efficiently plan and coordinate operations
- Support your team during peak periods
- Hire, welcome, onboard, train and manage employees
- Quickly process requests, complaints and comments in order to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Create a positive, harmonious and collaborative work environment
- Ensure products and customer service meet quality standards
- Offer customers the Benny&Co. experience
- Follow hygiene and food safety rules
- Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times
**What you need for the job**:
- Experience supervising a team
- Knowledge of human resources management
- Experience in a kitchen with chicken roasters (an asset)
- Knowledge of cash register systems (an asset)
**Your qualities**:
- Leadership;
- Ability to mobilize and motivate
- Sense of responsibility;
- Autonomy;
- Thoroughness in following work procedures;
- Ability to manage stress;
- Team spirit.
