Currently, our client is seeking a dedicated and detail orientated Warehouse Operations Associate to join their team in North Vancouver, BC. Reporting to the Operations Lead, the Warehouse Operations Associate ensures the safe, efficient handling, storage, administration, and distribution of our nutraceutical products. Your attention to detail, commitment to safety, and ability to be a self-starter will be essential in ensuring our customer’s products are processed accurately and efficiently.

You will partner with key stakeholders to improve work processes and practices and drive the Company’s inventory process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safely and skillfully operate a forklift to load, unload, and transport materials within the site.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, including cycle counts and restocking products as needed.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping, ensuring that products are correctly labeled and packaged to meet our quality standards.
- Inspect products for damage or defects, reporting any issues to the warehouse supervisor.
- Assist production operations when necessary.
- Adhere to safety protocols and best practices while operating the forklift and handling materials to ensure a safe working environment.
- Work collaboratively with other associates, operations, quality and leadership to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including stacking and arranging materials in an orderly fashion.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in forklift operation, a valid forklift operator's license is an asset
- training can be provided.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or operations environment.
- Experience working with an inventory management system.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling products.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
