**What a day look like as a Doors Assembler**:

- Meet daily production targets for doors assembling units
- Carefully handle parts, materials, equipment, and tools to ensure 0% breakage or damage
- Install hinges and locks, slabs, door frames (sidelite)
- Cut and trim stops
- Follow standard operating procedure to assemble doors within prescribed standard assembly time
- Reject any parts that are damaged and report to supervisor
- Inspect own work prior to hand-off to next station
- Track all products that are required to complete the job build
- Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned
- Ensure operations are completed daily and to standard
- Achieve quality standards with 0% failure rate at next station
- Reject any frame that is damaged and report to supervisor
- Components of Quality Control will be measured and recorded
- Maintain cleanliness of personal workstation and production facility

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Live in greater Edmonton area or be willing to relocate
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Leadership experience an asset
- Ability to complete a high volume of work within deadlines
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, a diplomatic demeanor, and an energetic, self-motivated ambitious
- Responsible and punctual
- Manage deadlines and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
