Reports to: Operations Leader

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the production team on multiple lines.
- Lead by example and train, develop, and inspire production team.
- Be instrumental in developing a high-performance team where all team members work coherently to “win” together.
- Plan production operations, establishing priorities and sequences for manufacturing products.
- Develop plans for efficient use of material, machines, and labor.
- Responsible to maximize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) for the line.
- Review production orders or schedules to ascertain product data such as types, quantities and specifications of products and scheduled delivery dates to plan department operations.
- Inspect machines and equipment to ensure specific operational performance and optimum utilization.
- Inspect products to verify conformance to specifications and directs set-up and adjustments of machines.
- Maintains time and production records.
- Confer with shift leaders and coordinates production to ensure product is ready per customer requirements.
- Observe all safety rules and promote a safe working environment with team members.
- Operate filler and downstream when required.
- Maintain strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Compliance with all rules & policies regarding health safety, occupational safety, environmental safety, food safety, legal regulations, company requirements, etc.
- Compliance with the Company's Integrated Management Systems which includes, but is not limited to Production, Quality, Food Safety & GMP.
- Other duties as assigned.

Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related fields
- An ambitious self-starter with strong desire to grow professionally
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Suite of Applications), and instructional software
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills to interact with all levels of management
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines
- Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills to encourage, mentor, train, and lead staff
