**RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Build and strip formwork for residential foundation and footings.
- Pour Concrete.
- Use of general hand & power tools (saw, hammer, drill, etc.).
- Installing rebar, oiling forms, excavating dirt.
- Minor concrete repairs.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- General construction experience is considered an asset.
- Experience pouring concrete and completing flat work finishing would be beneficial.
- Ability to operate tools and machinery as required.
- Valid ‘G’ license with own transportation to and from site.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow new skills.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Experience an asset but not required. Will provide on the job training.
