**_Responsibilities: _**

Ø Maintenance of digital assets and collateral
- Preserve all assets used for digital and social and ensure everything is saved in the appropriate folders (Sharepoint and Dropbox or any other designated corporate system)
- Source appropriate and targeted images and artwork
- Format & upload copy and images to digital channels
- Testing

Ø Contribute to the development and ongoing maintenance of the website
- Assist with helping update and maintain the currency of the website
- Upload posts, blogs, and photographs.
- Write and refine or contribute to the creation of website pages
- General website review and edits

Ø Adhere to the marketing initiative calendar(s); Communicate with the internal team regarding tasks, deadlines, marketing plans, and integration.

Ø As part of the team, provide suggestions regarding modification of campaigns, material, or corporate strategies or initiatives.

Ø Work to ensure that the Marketing Plan goals will be achieved

Ø Work with and coordinate with other corporate functions and partners as needed.

Ø Adhere to marketing calendar(s) deadlines

Ø Other duties as assigned

**_Qualifications: _**

Ø Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field

Ø Previous experience in digital marketing, preferably with the travel industry an asset

Ø Must be a critical thinking self-starter with experience working independently

Ø Proficiency in HTML, Wordpress, web design and development, video editing (i.e. Adobe Premier) an asset

Ø Strong organizational and time management skills

Ø Exceptional communication skills, specifically written communication; experience with copywriting required

Ø Analytical & problem-solving skills

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a talented team with a passion for travel and service. This opportunity is based out of the Tully Luxury Travel office in Mississauga, Ontario, with remote work an option.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 10-20 per week
