**1. Job Summary**

New Vision Projects Inc. is seeking a self-driven, organized, and team-oriented Site Supervisor to manage multiple residential and commercial construction sites. The Site Supervisor is responsible for ensuring projects meet scheduling goals, adhere to approved plans and building codes, and exceed client expectations. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality work standards while fostering a positive work environment.

**2. Key Responsibilities**
- Managing a few sites simultaneously and ensuring that all construction projects meet scheduling goals and meet or exceed client expectations
- Leading clients through an exceptional experience
- Ensuring projects are built according to approved plans, specifications, shop drawings, and applicable building codes while maintaining high quality standards
- Preparing construction cost estimates, purchase orders and change orders for the project management office
- Developing and maintaining construction schedules in conjunction with the project team to meet milestones and completion dates
- Providing clear direction to team members to ensure project targets are achieved
- Attending and providing input at project meetings with multiple stakeholders, anticipating stakeholder needs, and proactively identifing solutions to support ongoing projects
- Leading project teams to identify and manage opportunities and risks to achieve the best possible results for scope, quality, schedule and financial targets
- Maintaining, tracking, and reporting financial aspects of projects including subcontractors, materials, coding, forecasts and billings
- Managing the procurement process
- Supporting staff through coaching, professional development, team meetings and GSRs (Goal Setting and Review Meetings)
- Ensuring all BTA Construction employees and subcontractors are communicating with customers in a professional and appropriate manner
- Supporting and maintaining healthy, happy work environments and corporate culture
- Maintaining clean, organized and professional presentation of work sites

**3. Qualifications & Skills**
- Minimum of 5 years experience managing construction sites.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with construction management software and modern technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

**4. Work Hours & Expectations**
- This is a full-time, salary position
- Attendance at all staff meetings, GSRs, and company training sessions is mandatory.
- Availability for urgent matters and responsiveness to communication from the CEO and Financial Controller is required.
