**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general vehicle cleaning and detailing duties on new and previously owned vehicles for showroom and lot display
- Detailing duties include washing, waxing and polishing exterior; vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing interior
- Proper and safe use of various types of cleaning equipment, tools and solutions
- COVID sanitization throughout dealership
- Inspect vehicles for minor scratches and interior/exterior damage and report any damage to supervisor
- Undertake minor cosmetic repairs such as stains, scuffs, scratches
- Maintain work area in a clean, organized and orderly manner
- Provide general assistance at the dealership including driving and parking vehicles, assisting with cleaning the dealership lot and helping co-workers
- Report to Shop Controller

**Qualifications**:

- Experience detailing vehicles is a must with a keen attention to detail
- Experience in a new vehicle dealership or other automotive repair setting would be an asset
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Knowledge in the handling, storage and use of cleaning materials and chemicals
- Able to operate detailing equipment - buffing, pressure washing, wet sanding, etc.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with little supervision, but also function well in team environment
- Interest in cars, and knowledgeable about car repair and maintenance
- Availability to work some evenings and weekends
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles - an asset
- Possess a valid G/G2 class driver’s license

Full-time, permanent, Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm, possible Saturday's as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
