We are an independently owned and operated Wendy's franchise, located on Victoria Park, north of the 401.

Our Crew Members are the smiling faces serving our guests at our drive thru's, front counters, and kitchen stations.

We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our Victoria Park Crew

As a member of our crew, your top priority will be delivering guest satisfaction through product quality and speed of service. You will have the opportunity to deliver and create exceptional guest experiences, whether you are the very first person our guests encounter, or you are producing quality finished items our guests have come to enjoy and savour. Your energy and passion for guest service will make you a top crew member in this fast-paced environment, while your ability to multi-task and effectively communicate with your fellow crew members, will contribute to your success.

You will be deeply immersed in training to learn about our operations standards, food safety, health and safety, cleaning and sanitizing, and guest service.
- Demonstrate a passion for guest service and creating exceptional guest experiences
- Enjoy working with a successful crew in a safe environment
- Have a strong work ethic and are committed to job excellence
- Have a flexible availability

**Requirements**:

- 1 year food/customer service experience, preferably Wendy's
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Strong customer service skills
- Friendly, outgoing personality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
