We are looking for a friendly, goal-oriented Sales Associate to be the enthusiastic face of our store. If you are driven by achieving goals, love helping people, have an eye for style, and enjoy being part of a great, established team, we encourage you to apply

**What You'll Be Doing**:
This role requires a balanced focus on **proactive selling and operational efficiency**. You will be responsible for:

- **Driving Sales & Achieving Goals**: This is your **main priority**. Proactively engage customers, enthusiastically suggest product additions, and consistently meet both individual and team **weekly sales targets**.
- **Serving Our Customers**: Providing friendly, helpful service to everyone. This means answering questions, offering honest styling advice, fit knowledge, and function details to ensure a successful purchase.
- **Processing Transactions**: Accurately and efficiently **run the till, handle cash and credit transactions,** and manage returns/exchanges. This supports the smooth flow of sales and customer service.
- **Maintaining the Store**: Keeping the sales floor clean, tidy, and organized. This includes setting up new displays and unpacking new items efficiently.
- **Team Commitment**: Working closely with your colleagues to ensure smooth and supportive operations.

- **Availability to work a flexible schedule** within our operating hours:

- Monday-Friday 10am-5pm
- Saturday 11am-4pm
- We are closed Sundays and Holidays. **Saturday shifts are required.**

**Bonus**: Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person
