- Job Description
**Electrical EIT Responsibilities**:
- Developing electrical power system single line diagrams, schematics, substation layouts, and specifications.
- Performing power system studies and calculations
- Handling Request for Quotation (RFQ), or Material Requisition (MR) packages
- Involved with Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE), and communicating with vendors to collect data and footprints for equipment
- Working on Engineering work packages for electrical systems
- Attending factory acceptance testing of electrical equipment and opportunities for field assignments.
**Career Paths**:
- Electrical engineering new grads have several career path options with Fluor depending on the specific persons’ interest and aptitude:
- Develop into Lead Electrical Engineer responsible for complete Engineering and Design.
- Develop into a technical Subject Matter Expert with the Company.
- Develop into Engineering Managers on projects directing entire Engineering efforts or they can develop into Project Engineers and Project Managers.
- Basic Job Requirements
- Graduating with a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering in 2025/2026.

Salary is based upon experience. Salary Range: $56,000.00 - $95,000.00
