**What You’ll be Doing**:
Recruitment (70%)
- Partner with senior leadership to recruit top talent across Fusion, Helia, and our Portfolio Companies.
- Build and maintain diverse pipelines of A-players through creative sourcing strategies, networking, and industry events.

Talent Management (30%)
- Develop an effective talent management framework, including succession planning, workforce planning and internal mobility processes for Fusion and Helia.
- Assess and monitor talent gaps to inform recruitment priorities and training opportunities.
- Partner with managers and employees to assess total talent health and optimize organizational effectiveness.
- Design and execute on People & Culture strategic initiatives that achieve recruitment and talent management priorities.

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- Full-cycle recruitment experience, including hiring at the Director+ level.
- Results-driven mentality with the ability to use creative strategies to find top talent.
- Capable of driving projects while meeting objectives, deadlines, and success criteria.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- CHRL/CHRP or similar designation preferred.
- Ability to work from our Guelph Head Office 1x/week highly preferred.
