**The job involves**:
Ability to rotate and work in all stations of the kitchen
Preparing all dishes from raw to finished state
Rotating stock, receiving orders and storing product
Adhering to strict cleanliness standards as you complete assigned tasks
Working as one team under stressful conditions during high volume business levels
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, move equipment and other items as needed
Working safely, and in compliance with OH&S policies and legislation
Thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties
Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a la carte cooking
Experience using grills, deep fryer, stove and flat top
Certificate in Basic Food Preparation
Food Safe Handling Certificate
Good knife handling skills
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Exceptional communication skills
