**Job Summary**
MarcViews Networks is hiring Field Network Deployment Technicians for a high-impact infrastructure rollout. This is a hands-on role involving the installation of access points, enterprise switches, and next-generation firewalls at multiple indoor and outdoor locations including public venues. This role involves hands-on installation, configuration, and testing of wireless/wired infrastructure. You’ll be part of a dynamic team delivering secure, high-performance connectivity to hundreds of users.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Site surveys
- Install and configure Access Points, Switch, and NGFW units at designated locations
- Perform structured cabling, mounting, and weatherproofing of outdoor APs
- Conduct RF tuning, signal testing, and coverage validation using diagnostic tools
- Collaborate with network engineers and NOC staff to ensure seamless integration
- Document installation procedures, site conditions, and asset inventory
- Respond to field issues during deployment and assist with troubleshooting
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and municipal regulations
- Support lifecycle refreshes and firmware upgrades

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years experience in Network Equipment installation, structured cabling, or field networking
- Familiarity with networking hardware or similar enterprise-grade systems
- Strong understanding of RF principles, PoE switching, and outdoor deployments
- Ability to read blueprints, station layouts, and cabling diagrams
- Comfortable working in open environments and elevated outdoor platforms
- Valid Ontario driver’s license and ability to travel across zones
- Certifications such as CWNA, Network+, or Fortinet NSE are a strong asset
