**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing attention or maintenance.
- Handle heavy lifting and move furniture or equipment as necessary for cleaning purposes.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding tasks and any issues encountered.
- Follow safety protocols while using power tools and hand tools during maintenance tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests from facility occupants.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred.
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices and procedures.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated schedules.
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.

Pay: $17.07-$25.36 per hour
