The Crystal Lodge is currently looking to hire a Reservations Agent to join their Sales & Marketing team

You will provide efficient and informative advice to all customers that ensures that not only their needs are met in regard to hotel amenities, but also that the room they are looking to book meets their requirements.

A further aspect of the role is up-selling products and packages available to the guests at the time of booking. Learning about our customers stay is essential, and any information you received is to be provided to the front desk and housekeeping team to ensure that the Crystal Lodge remains a top choice here in Whistler.

Excellent computer, communication (written and oral), organizational and time management skills, along with the ability to manage tight deadlines are essential.
