We're hiring a barista/service manager position, part time with the potential for full time hours in the future.

Ori Foods is a small, independently owned cafe and restaurant in north Dartmouth. We offer high-quality coffee + espresso, alongside pastries and lunch fare.

We're looking for an individual who is passionate about coffee, food, and hospitality to join our small team. Responsibilities include:

- preparing and serving coffee and beverages
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each guest feels welcomed and valued throughout their visit.
- Manage the daily operations of the café - assisting with inventory management and maintaining a clean and organized space
- Describe menu offerings to guests, and stay up-to-date on menu changes and descriptions
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally,

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a barista or in a similar customer-facing or food service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
- Solid understanding of café or restaurant operations
- A passion for food and beverages, along with a keen eye for quality and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Prior experience in a supervisory or management capacity within a café or food service establishment is a plus
