**Position**: Retail Store Associate - Seasonal
**Location**: Market Mall - 3625 Shaganappi Trail NW, Calgary, AB T3A 0E2
**Pay**: $18-$20 per hour

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with shoppers and providing product knowledge.
- Assist customers in finding the right fit and styles to suit their needs.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store remains clean and organized.
- Support with restocking, inventory management, and loss prevention procedures.
- Help achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Collaborate with team members to create a fun, inclusive, and positive atmosphere.

**Qualifications**
- **Customer Service Experience**: 1 year in a retail or customer-facing role required.
- **Cash handling experience** required; experience with **Shopify POS system** preferred.
- Experience in **troubleshooting technology** (POS, Mac, iOS, printers) is an asset.
- Proven experience in **sales**, preferably in **markets, trade shows, retail, or similar environments**.
- Exceptional **communication and interpersonal skills**, with the ability to engage customers and close sales.
- **Self-motivated** and **results-driven**, comfortable working independently.
- Ability to **lift up to 50 pounds** and **stand for long hours**.
- **Education**: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Must be able to work **evenings, weekends, and holidays**.
- Must be **over 18 years old**.
