- Summary_

The Investment Banking Analyst will be in charge of supporting the investment banking team with tasks that may include:

- Analysis of financial, industry and market data;
- Marketing, executing and structuring investment banking mandates focused on strategic and capital markets transactions;
- Development of financial models related to company/asset valuations, capital raises, and merger and acquisition transactions;
- Maintain proprietary databases including precedent transactions and market comparables;
- Preparation of internal and external client presentations; and
- Assisting in the generation of marketing materials including introductory presentations and confidential information memorandums.
- Qualifications_

A high regard for detail and accuracy are essential. The role of the Investment Banking Analyst is challenging and fast-paced. It requires dedication, passion for the industry, and a solid work ethic.

Educational credentials should consist of an undergraduate degree in business, with a focus on finance and a CFA or CPA designation or the pursuit of a CFA or CPA designation.
- Summer/co-op or full-time work experience in corporate finance, investment banking, accounting or private equity is beneficial;
- Strong financial/analytical skills related to corporate finance and securities analysis;
- High degree of work ethic and motivation, including a willingness to work long hours;
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to work in an open office and team environment;
- A track record of taking initiative;
- A demonstrated proficiency in problem solving; and
- A strong interest in and understanding of financial markets.
