We offer a wide variety of financial products and services including lease-to-own merchandise, unsecured and secured installment loans, direct-to-consumer auto loans, and point-of-sale financing to over 4,000 merchants in the powersports, automotive, retail, home improvement, and health sectors.
We are in search of an **Inside Sales Manager.** The successful individual will hire and motivate high-performing sales teams, and lead them to generate leads/sales, hit or exceed revenue forecasts, and ultimately meet customer needs, through their own skill and the leadership of a team of driven sales representatives.
We are looking for a leader with in-depth knowledge and experience with the sales process, excel at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. The role demands a leader with a sharp mind and the ability to coach, advise and motivate sales representatives to create and maintain a high-performance sales force.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Managing a team of sales representatives - hire, train, and motivate the team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new customers and partners
- Track, analyze, and communicate key performance indicators and business trends
**What we are looking for**:
- At least 3 years of Customer Success and Sales Management experience with direct reports
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- High-level proficiency with MS Office programs
- Adaptability to a fast-changing work environment; start-up experience is a plus
- Competitive and entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to work in our office in Pickering, ON full time
