Responsible for enhancing and supporting various business streams (Retail Direct recurring reports, RBC and Broker Ad hoc) across Personal Insurance to ensure that reporting and business insights are delivered. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high performing technical team and deepen your understanding of Personal Insurance team and Segment team.

What you’ll do
- You will be part of Transformation and Planning team under Personal Insurance stream supporting various streams of business asks.
- Collaborate with Personal Insurance leadership, Retail Direct leadership, and team members to maintain and support existing daily, monthly recurring reports and resolve ad hoc owned by the team.
- Resolve data and analytical problems quickly and efficiently.
- Execute internal controls to validate report contents at month end for accuracy.
- Reporting involves SAP BOBJ, custom SQL, SAS and Qlik skills.
- Analyze weekly trends on reports generated, notify variances observed to meet planned targets for business.
- Suggest areas for process improvements to improve efficiency to digitize, automate and simplify processes.

What you’ll bring
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Proficient with MS Excel is essential
- Experience with SAS EG for analysis is a benefit.
- Effective communication (written and verbal) to communicate with different stakeholder’s teams internal and external.
- Qlik sense knowledge is an asset.
- Experience with business intelligence tools, SAP BOBJ reporting and SAS reports or equivalent experience in business analysis is highly beneficial.
- SQL working knowledge to analyze and transform large datasets an asset
- JIRA and Confluence tool knowledge is an asset.
