**Job Summary**
Under the direction of the Director of Client Services and Manager of Congregate Programs he/she is responsible for providing a variety of supervisory related duties in a fast paced environment.

**Duties**
- Provide leadership, mentoring, guidance, and training to PSW’s
- Provide client care in incidents of PSW shortage
- Engage with staff and clients to identify best practices for care, improvement opportunities, client concerns, and potential risks/performance issues; collating information and sharing with Manager of Congregate Programs
- At direction of Manager of Congregate Programs, assist staff in implementing new approaches, correcting performance issues, training/re-training as needed, and providing daily operational direction to PSW’s
- Attend seminars, workshops and conferences.
- Participate in meetings internally for purposes of information sharing and updates as required.
- Assist with employee and client files including updates, purging and scanning as required.
- Ensure the compliance of the Policies and Procedures on confidentiality and privacy with all employees.

**Experience Required**
- PSW Certification and extensive experience as a PSW in a congregate setting
- Demonstrated experience mentoring, training, and supervising PSW’s
- A pleasant and efficient manner when dealing with the public, staff and clients both in person and on the telephone
- Excellent communication skills
- Organizational ability, good judgment and tact
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience using computerized systems for data entry and record keeping

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $30.50 per hour
