**Summary**

We are seeking an **LMS Administrator** that will manage our **CANVAS** Learning Management System by configuring the platform, uploading and organizing content, troubleshooting technical issues, monitoring performance and generating reports, and providing technical support and training to users. They act as the bridge between users and the technology, ensuring the LMS functions smoothly and effectively to meet organizational learning objectives.

**Responsibilities**
- Tailor and customize the LMS to align with the organization's specific needs and branding
- Upload, organize, and format various learning materials, including courses, quizzes, and multimedia content.
- Collaborate with content creators to upload and organize learning materials.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences for users.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues and system glitches.
- Create and administer course and Instructor surveys
- Analyze survey data and provide reports

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in LMS administration, more specifically CANVAS.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
