ShareVision is an information management solution for agencies that advocate for people with developmental disabilities, provide youth and children’s programs, and deliver services to people in need. We are a tightly knit team who share common values and are driven by a mission to improve quality of life with respect for individual choice and dignity.
As a Client Care / Junior Level Product Expert working closely with clients and internal software developers, you will:
- Build relationships with clients that provide lasting value.
- Develop a strong knowledge of the ShareVision product in order to be able to troubleshoot customer issues.
- Document in detail the issues customers are experiencing in language both the customer and the internal team can understand.
- Manage the product knowledge base including creation of written and video content.
- Organize clients and the internal team to achieve the best solutions possible.
- Work with the Senior product experts to understand and complete simple project management tasks.
- Work with the internal team to ensure task requirements are clear, estimates are reasonable, and finished work accurately meets requirements and needs of the client.
You possess and can demonstrate the following:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to take a complicated concept and break it down so it can easily be explained.
- Patience and good humour while dealing with demanding client expectations.
- A love for working with people to achieve positive results while working diverse groups of clients. You’re a people person
- The ability to work unsupervised while remaining in contact with the team and senior management. Eventually, telecommuting may be an option.
Ideally, your employment background contains one or more of the following:
- Client care and/or project management experience in a software or web development environment.
- Experience in a social services environment such as community living, child and youth care, employment services or similar.

**Salary**: $38,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
