Job Description
Reporting to the Operations Director, the Plant Manager will have daily responsibility for managing the workforce, productivity, cost control, continuous process improvement, health and safety, as well as employee training.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Spends 100% of time on the shop floor
- Loading and Unloading trailers and preparing client orders
- Overseeing a team of about 15 - 18 people
- Insuring company inventory and counts are maintained correctly
- Ensure product quality standards are met through visual inspections
- Advising the operations director who is missing on the shift

**Technical Skills**
- Valid forklift licence
- Speaks French and English
- 3 - 5 years of production experience in a lean manufacturing environment.
- 3 - 5 years of production manager experience is required.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Capable to work in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00 per hour
