Offce Cleaner

Experienced office cleaner wanted for a cleaning position at an office located on Industrial Parkway South in Aurora. Must have over ten years of professional commercial cleaning expertise.

**Standard Office Cleaning Services**:

- Cleaning main entrance glass door inside out.
- Cleaning the kitchennetter and one kitchen.
- Cleaning 2 washrooms, 2 sinks, 2 toilets, 1 urinal.
- 1 reception wating area, 3 offices, 1 boardroom, 4 short corridors, tiled.
- Cleaning desks/tables, cabinets, counters, phones, etc.
- Cobwebs removal.
- Emptying waste containers.
- Vacuuming carpets and mopping hard floors.

**Flexible Cleaning Schedule**

**Cleaning time: One hour and thirty minutes (1:30) with 1 cleaner per cleaning visit.**
Every Saturday after 3 pm
**OR** every Sunday anytime between 6 am and 6 pm.

**Requirements**:

- Police clearance certificate
- Three work related references
- Available to start June 10th or 11th
- Own vehicle.
- Aurora resident or close surroundings
- With over 10 years of office cleaning experience, easy-going, trustworthy, friendly, and reliable.

**WE PROVIDE EVERYTHING**:

- All cleaning supplies, commercial vacuums, buckets, mops, etc. would be provided by us.
- No facemasks required.

**Pay**:

- $140 per month. We pay via e transfers.
