Windows and Doors company in Vaughan is looking for experienced Call Centre Supervisor.(no sales)

Paying Top Dollar in the Industry.

**Job Description**:

- Achieve appointment targets
- Help train and motivate call center representatives as they answer questions, handle complaints, and provide support for clients.
- Have the ability to understand the lead generation process and interpret lead qualification metrics

**Requirements**:

- Call Centre: 3+ years
- Fluent English
- Strong leadership skills
- Organizational and processing skills
- Strong team collaboration skills

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Concord, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- 3 years supervisor call center (required)

Work Location: In person
