**Status**:Full-Time, Permanent
**Hours**: 42.5 Hrs/Week.
**Primary Location**:Ancaster, On.
**Closing Date**: August 15, 2025

**WORK SCHEDULE**

This position works Monday - Friday **in office in Ancaster, ON.** Standard hours are 6:00am - 2:00pm. Some after-hours flexibility may be required.

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Previous scheduling or dispatch experience
- High organizational skills
- Proven customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and stay accurate while multi-tasking
- Team-player attitude
- Previous experience in the construction industry is an asset

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Assist the planning team in daily activities, including but not limited to:

- Assist in the daily bookings of trucks and coordination of schedule
- Complete locate forms and emergency locates
- Working with other departments to schedule staff and equipment accurately
- Arrange manifests
- Arrange disposals for crews
- Ensure job details are correct
- Organizing client information, dump sites, etc.
- Communicate pertinent information to clients, co-workers, field staff, etc.
- Administrative tasks associated with billing, time sheets, and general operations
- Follow all legislation and regulations set out by the Occupational Health & Safety Act
- Other duties as required
