**NOTE: The start date for this position is May 2026 for 16 months.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Primarily support Accounting Payable team
- Scanning invoices to the automated AP system;
- Processing of invoices and purchase orders;
- Checking of reports;
- Vendor set up and modification.
- Communication with vendors and problem solving.
- Other vacation coverage and special project responsibilities will vary depending upon the projects, which are assigned, but may include reconciliations of accounts, analysis,
- Communication with other departments and problem solving.
- Verifying and entering journal entries; and
- Carrying out special projects or other duties as assigned which may include reconciliations, analysis, etc.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Completion of 2nd, 3rd or 4-year University in a Bachelor of Commerce program with a major in Accounting who is formally part of the Co-op program;
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interface with team members and customers to promote positive customer outcomes;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; and
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of good attendance and job performance.
