**TEMPORARY FULL-TIME HOUSEKEEPER MUR**

**(Approx. 12 Months)**

**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, the Housekeeper - MUR will be responsible for completing unit cleaning in readiness for occupancy.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Vacuuming
- Wet and dry mopping
- Washing walls cupboards, countertops, and windows
- Cleaning appliances
- Wiping furniture and blinds
- Other housekeeping duties as required to ensure the unit is ready.

**QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE**:

- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Alberta Class 5 driver’s license and Drivers’ Abstract acceptable to the Employer
- Knowledge of WHMIS (Workplace Hazards Materials Information System)
- Exemplary customer satisfaction skills, including dealing effectively with tenants, co-workers, general public and management team.
- Physically fit to perform all responsibilities and activities of the job
- Must provide a criminal record check for review and acceptance
- Must provide proof of vaccination for Covid-19.

**SALARY**:
**$28.54 per hour**
